It was, in fact, knowing that up until yesterday there was just no way for the majority of small handicraft enterprises in the Veneto region to communicate with the vast “internet population” that we decided to set up Veneto Shop srl. It intends acting simply as a guide if you like so that you can visit, admire and buy products that are truly unique and of excellent quality. Up until now the “mentality” of the online market was aimed solely at offering increasingly competitive prices of leading brands (fashion, technology and so on) forgetting objects created by skilled hands with decades of experience.

The majority of products you’ll find in the site are not available in big quantities but this is not a handicap, quite the contrary! It is just further proof of the craftsmanship involved.

The cost of each item may seem high but it includes all the love and passion, the craftsmanship and top quality raw materials: we were able to reduce all the extra distribution costs, being the only ones between you and the producer.

Product characteristics and availability

Veneto Shop srl may not always be able to guarantee availability of all the products offered, in which case it cannot be considered liable for the temporary unavailability of one or more items. Without prejudice to what is agreed below (Right to withdraw), when sending in the order it is considered as acceptance even in the event of a partial delivery, limited to the products available of those ordered, and also as a waiver to any claim for damages and/or indemnity. Veneto Shop srl also undertakes, in accordance with the law, to promptly notify the Customer if the product ordered is not available.

Veneto Shop srl undertakes to provide a service as precise and accurate as possible but, however, accidental technical inaccuracies or factual and/or printing errors can occur.

Order Processing

The Orders are normally processed following the different times given by the side of each product. The buying process starts the moment receipt of payment is confirmed.

The dimensions and weights of some products call for special shipments with delivery times different from those normally stated: in this case, we will give all the specifications in the e-mail sent concluding the contract.

Products with different delivery times

If you have several products on your order and each one has different delivery times, you can ask for each item to be sent separately (as soon as available) or wait until all of them are ready to make up just one shipment. In the case of multiple shipments additional costs will be charged.

Estimated delivery times

To have a more accurate estimate of the delivery time, the customer must remember that it is given by the sum of the specific product availability times (as given on the detailed product page) and of the time required by the Shipping Method chosen.

Some products need longer shipping times compared to traditional times so please always check the availability of each product (on the “product detail” page) if a quick delivery is a decisive factor when deciding whether or not to buy the item.

Delivery traceability

When the order is dispatched you will receive notification by e-mail giving the traceability code for your shipment. With this number you can access the carrier’s reference site (communicated by Veneto Shop srl at the moment of shipping) and monitor the progress of your purchase up to the moment of delivery.
